We accept your application and schedule an appointment at your convenient time

A technician visits you and provides the repair estimate after malfunction dignostics.

If you approve the estimate we take 100% parts cost deposit and schedule the repair appointment after the parts arrival or complete the repair immediately if the parts are in stock. You pay for the labor after the repair completion.

If you reject the estimate or need some time to decide we take $79 service call fee applied to repair cost (valid for 30 days).
5.
We accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo and credit cards (card payment takes extra 4% bank fee)
6.
We provide 3 months warranty for the repair.
We had wonderful experiences with Tom, who repaired our Bosch dishwasher and our gas stove igniter. He was exceptionally courteous, neat, professional, and friendly. After the repair, we did not replace the filter on our dishwasher properly, and Tom visited, saw what was wrong, explained how the filter needs to be installed and why, and fixed it back up at no charge, which we appreciated so much! We will definitely use them again when we have an issue with our appliances, and highly recommend!

He came the same day, started my dryer for a few seconds to find the noise, take the whole dryer apart (gosh, how dusty it’s inside!!!) cleaned it out and replaced all the squeaky parts within an hour. Now it’s quiet like a brand new one! Additionally he replaced the old duct with new flexible one for free! Appreciate it, man!
Dr Tom was easy to reach by phone on Saturday when our refrigerator broke. There was no middleman, He answered my husband’s call. He arrived when he said he would, he explained the problem, how to fix it, the exact total of what it would cost in writing and when it would be fixed. His prices are very competitive. He stayed in communication with my husband, updated us on when he would get the part and once he received it, he fixed the problem that day. If needed, we would use him again.
